Governance & Ethics:  Establish and uphold standards for software quality, stewardship, ethical AI practices, and secure solution deployment while promoting regulatory compliance and trust.

Mentorship & Enablement:  Coach engineers and analysts in feature engineering, AI use and development, and asking why a lot.  Promote knowledge sharing and establish best practices across teams.

Collaboration & Integration:  Integrate solutions with microservices, event-based architectures, and external business partners, ensuring scalability, observability, and operational readiness.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years' of experience in leading software architecture initiatives, including cloud-native platforms, software development lifecycle management, governance, and CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java/.NET, RDBMS, and event-based cloud technologies (AWS preferred), with experience deploying and maintaining APIs.  Experience in prototyping, experimentation, refining scope, and scripting/automation to build, test, and maintain software solutions.
