As an Associate Group Underwriter, you’ll step into a meaningful role where you help shape fair, competitive pricing for group insurance plans (up to 200 lives). WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analyze data to determine pricing and benefit recommendations for group insurance products.
  • Partner with sales and broker teams—building strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Work hands‑on with multiple insurance products.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Grow within a culture built on collaboration

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or related coursework (or relevant experience).
  • Strong critical thinking and decision‑making ability.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with analytical work.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer and Excel skills.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
