We’re looking for a hands-on security practitioner who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to make an immediate impact on enterprise resilience. In this role, you’ll advance our incident response practice, strengthen threat intelligence utilization, and mature our detection engineering and threat hunting capabilities - helping safeguard our customers, associates, and systems every day.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Security Analyst: $105,000 - $120,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Senior Security Analyst: $120,000 - $150,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.
  • Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Run Incident Response. Serve as a core member of response team for major events: coordinate containment, forensics, stakeholder communications, and legal/regulatory risk assessments.
  • Detections & Threat Hunting. Create high‑quality SIEM detections from threat‑actor intelligence, execute structured hunts, and continuously improve alert fidelity.
  • Automate security operations. Use scripting tools to automate manual tasks, integrate and develop playbooks.
  • Elevate SOC effectiveness. Tune signals with MSP partners to reduce false positives, implement/improve case management, and drive metrics that inform decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience: 5–10+ years in security operations across Threat Detection & Response, Security Operations, and incident response; proven ownership of enterprise-scale programs.
  • Technical depth: Practical fluency with SIEM/SOAR/EDR ecosystems; log parsing; ticketing/integration workflows; scripting; and automation patterns.
  • Program mindset: Ability to structure processes, mentor analysts, and measure outcomes; comfort coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders during incidents.
  • Privacy & Governance awareness: Familiarity with DLP objectives, configuration baselines, and privacy/compliance considerations for state breach notifications.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Education & Certifications: BS in Cyber Security (or related field/experience). Current or comparable certifications such as GIAC GCIH, CISSP, CCSP.
  • Adapt quickly when facing new problems and are a relentless and versatile learner, open to change.
  • Enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and ambiguity.
