Join our team and help shape the marketing strategy for our Health & Annuities solutions. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of impactful marketing programs, partner with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, and manage projects from planning through delivery. You’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while helping drive marketing initiatives that make a real business impact.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $60,000-80,000 plus annual bonus opportunity,
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including target audience identification, messaging, projected results, and evaluation methods that align with annuity sales goals.
  • Track and assess marketing program performance, gather feedback (including client satisfaction), and share insights with leadership to ensure goals and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate closely with sales leadership to understand business needs and support cross-functional marketing projects, helping manage timelines, budgets, resources, and day-to-day execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Compile, analyze, and maintain marketing and research data, support events and initiatives, and contribute to short- and long-term marketing strategy planning.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaigns, advertising, and working within regulated industries such as insurance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage change, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with sound judgment and strong analytical ability.
  • Comfortable using standard computer tools, including spreadsheets, and working with data to support marketing decisions.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
  • Experience in financial services or annuity/insurance products preferred.
  • Knowledge of distribution sales channels
