As a Case Manager supporting producers and underwriting staff, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless navigation of all submitted applications for the assigned product through the new business process. From application submission to finalization, you will gather necessary requirements and documentation, manage service expectations, and act as a crucial coordinator with both internal and external partners.

  • Hourly Wage: $20.75 - $25.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by providing product/process support and demonstrating high responsiveness and follow-up on commitments. Act as a relationship manager for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, analyzing and resolving problems to meet customer expectations.
  • Thoroughly review and verify the accuracy and completeness of applications, including premium handling, for a specific product and its related function.
  • Handle and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, working under pressure and meeting deadline requirements. Take ownership of the case management process, facilitating the workflow of complex cases seamlessly for the customer.
  • Understand and gather the requirements needed for applications, demonstrating strong attention to detail and seeking direct supervision when necessary.
  • Uses a variety of systems and tools to support assigned product and its related function.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience in customer service or case-based work that required owning and managing multiple items simultaneously, exercising judgment, and collaborating with internal and external partners to determine appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong drive for results, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadline requirements and be flexible to meet changing customer needs.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
