WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead a high-performing team by overseeing interviewing, selection, training, performance management, and compensation practices—ensuring a strong talent pipeline and full compliance with HR guidelines.
  • Inspire and mentor technical writers and content creators as you drive the development, organization, and continuous improvement of technical documentation, process models, flowcharts, SOPs, and scalable documentation practices.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders, SMEs, product managers, and content users to create clear, comprehensive, and user-focused documentation that supports both internal teams and external business partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather critical knowledge needs, align documentation with product release cycles, streamline workflows, assess knowledge systems, and implement strategies that improve time-to-market and overall content effectiveness.

  • Foster an organization-wide culture of knowledge sharing by delivering training, promoting best practices, advocating for intuitive user experiences, and analyzing usage data to guide strategic improvements in knowledge and content management.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bring 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical or product writing, or a related field—along with at least 3 years of proven leadership experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in overseeing and managing knowledge management systems, applying strong principles, methodologies, and best practices to drive organizational impact.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of leading KM tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) and proficiency with process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ARIS).
  • Apply hands-on experience in content curation, information security, and governance to ensure high-quality, compliant, and well-managed knowledge resources.
  • Work confidently both independently and collaboratively, bringing strong communication skills that allow you to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excel in project management, leading multiple large-scale documentation projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality, detail-focused content.
  • Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving industry trends, continuously refine processes, and maintain exceptional writing and editing standards.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
