  • Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $146,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BSAs/BSCs, focusing on growth, performance, and career development. 
  • Partner with other managers on the team to align approach and deliver on key business needs. 
  • Support technical development work through strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, and collaboration. 
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and Agile practices across the team. 
  • Build a culture that reflects our Mutually Connected values—where being Hungry, Humble, and Smart is the standard. 
  • Manage expenses related to your direct reports as well as collaborate on the overall budget for the entire BA team. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1–3+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to grow and develop talent. 
  • Knowledge of BA concepts and the ability to teach those concepts.
  • Background in business systems analysis/consulting, including requirements gathering, process mapping, manual and automated testing. 
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence across teams and levels. 
  • Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with SDLC, IIBA/BABOK, DMBOK, or ADKAR a plus. 
  • A leader who thrives on solving problems, driving change, and supporting others’ success.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.

PREFERRED:

  • Diverse knowledge of financial services including insurance and bank products, the insurance and banking industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
  • Deep knowledge within several financial services disciplines with ability to quickly learn, function and deliver within all relevant knowledge areas.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA); Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK); Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK); Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability & Requirements (ADKAR)
  • Strong quantitative, statistical, and data analysis and interpretative skills.
