The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the development and delivery of data and reporting solutions for Institutional Annuities/Investments and Special Risk product lines. This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic objectives. Serving as a liaison between business units and technical teams, the analyst translates business needs into actionable technical specifications and supports application development throughout the project lifecycle. The position also contributes to the design of reporting frameworks, performs analytical and trend analysis, and works closely with BI developers, data scientists, and engineers to enhance reporting accuracy and resolve issues. Additionally, the analyst assists in designing, testing, and implementing reporting tools and data integration efforts to support AI initiatives within the Data Analytics and Reporting Team (DART). |
