• Lead, mentor, and manage the IS team to deliver high-quality IT services, while continuously monitoring and improving team and system performance. 

• Develop IT strategies aligned with business goals and manage the IS budget to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. 

• Oversee IT projects from planning to execution and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions. 

• Ensure IT architecture and enterprise data practices meet security standards and comply with regulatory requirements. 

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise data architecture that supports business needs and analytics. 

• Establish and lead data governance frameworks, policies, and committees to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance. 

• Partner with business units to understand data needs and promote a culture of data stewardship through training and support. 

• Certified Data Management Professional CDMP (DAMA), Certified Information Privacy Professional CIPP/US (IAPP), Certified Information Privacy Technologist CIPT (IAPP), ISO 38505.
