| Directs and oversees the prioritization and implementation of technological enhancements and related business processes to be implemented within Workplace Solutions (WS). Includes an understanding of customer and internal user needs, alignment with strategic initiatives, communication of vision and priorities, and day-to-day management responsibilities for successful implementation of solutions. Ensures that efficient systems, documentation, processes, and execution are in place to produce positive scorecard results and create a value-added customer experience. May directly manage a team of product owners/Agile Release Train (ART) resources. Will provide direction, mentoring, and coaching to dotted line resources that support the Workplace Solutions ART. |
