WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $72,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Ensure the Income & Wealth Planning (IWP) marketing team's campaign materials (websites, brochures, flyers, etc.) are accurate. Recommends alternatives and contingency plans for increasing process effectiveness.
- Process the work and prioritization of the workflow from the content process through execution in Workfront to storage in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and eventual decommission of aged material to reduce audit risk.
- Collaborate with Home office departments and cross-functional workgroups (eg. Process leaders, Product Management, Compliance, Product Marketing, Underwriting, Legal and/or marketing creative teams) on multiple marketing material projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical and regulatory changes in the insurance and direct marketing industries.
- Manage new and/or existing creative assets through a review process to ensure messaging appropriately aligns with the Mutual of Omaha brand, Product, and Compliance regulations.
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite and company software (i.e. InDesign, iPipeline, Workfront, JIRA and/or Confluence.)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience in marketing operations, using project management and/or compliance systems, Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to design software such as InDesign for text editing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams as well as working independently.
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes in insurance and direct marketing.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and in the listed location.

PREFERRED:
- Experience with Workfront, InDesign, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Experience with a Digital Asset Management system.
- Experience with insurance advertising compliance regulations including state filing requirements.
