  • Leverage your autonomy, excellent communication skills, and visionary mindset to identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners to accelerate sales growth and expand brand reach. 

  •  Act as a brand ambassador for Mutual of Omaha and the retirement services product line with internal and external audiences by organizing, hosting, presenting and/or attending events to foster relationships.  

  • Ask curious questions and offer out-of-the-box ideas to drive new and innovative distribution approaches.   

  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director to develop and execute a sales distribution strategy to meet the organization's sales goals. 

  •  Drive sales growth with key distribution partners by assisting the sales team in the development and delivery of sales presentations, accompany staff on sales calls, offer feedback on sales techniques, and share product and industry knowledge to provoke future product and process enhancements. 


  • You help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization. You value different ideas and opinions. You listen courageously and remain curious in all that you do.
  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.
  • Broad industry and seasoned experience in engaging with traditional and non-traditional distribution channels  
  • Broad industry and seasoned experience in retirement plan and/or institutional investment products, services and sales activities, including fixed pension and/or equity products
  • Strong financial background and excellent leadership skills 
  • Strong communication and human relation skills 
  • Excellent judgment 
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the work period and a valid driver's license 
  • Life agent with the ability to become licensed in the required state(s). FINRA Registered Representative, or willingness to achieve within 6-months of hire, with the ability to register in the required state(s).

  • Salary Range: Base 85K-100K with total comp potential 175K-235K
