As a recruiter, your mission is to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. Our team accompanies candidates along the recruitment journey, from the initial interaction to their first day on the job. As a member of the Talent Acquisition department, you’ll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Mutual of Omaha as a top employer and show candidates what it’s like to work for a company that can amplify their strengths and empower their career!


  • Manage the recruiting process from posting to offer extension. Ensure each candidate has a high-quality experience with Mutual of Omaha.
  • Actively source candidates and create pipelines for hard to fill roles.
  • Effectively run a full desk of requisitions and manage and/or contribute to projects and process improvements.
  • Develop strong relationships with HR teams, business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Regularly attend department meetings, town halls, team huddles to create partnerships and better understand the assigned strategic business units.
  • Build relationships with local diversity organizations to help drive candidates to the pools.

  • Talented recruiter who has experience filling high volume, non-exempt roles.
