Our legacy of stability allows us to offer you a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just a paycheck. Some of these benefits include:
We will match your contributions dollar for-dollar up to the first 6% of your pay, plus an additional 2% of your pay, regardless of your participation.
Continue your education and we will reimburse eligible tuition costs up to $5,250 for full-time employees and up to $3,600 for part-time employees.
We offer 15-day vacation accrual per year (prorated based on your start date), paid holidays plus a week of personal time.
Plus, you’ll also have the power to tap into a growing list of company perks, such as paid volunteering, a casual dress code and an onsite career coach.
