A soliciting agent and firm that would like to solicit our annuity products must be appointed with United of Omaha Life Insurance Company (or Companion Life Insurance Company, in New York). To be properly appointed, the soliciting agent and firm must have an executed Producer Agreement on file and have a current insurance license in the state of the sale.
