Once a group reaches the implementation stage, a welcome email is sent with everything needed to create an account and get started online. While paper options are still available, the portal offers a faster, secure and more efficient way to complete implementation.
As soon as customer information has been submitted through the portal, our implementation teams have real-time access to the data and begin the onboarding process immediately.
