Appointments & Licensing
A producer that would like to solicit our structured settlement annuity product must be affiliated with an agency/firm currently contracted with United of Omaha Life Insurance Company (United). If a producer solicits in the state of Montana and/or Pennsylvania they must be appointed in such state(s) immediately. After a sale is made, United will process the individual producer appointment.
For all unassigned cases the individual producer must be licensed in the state in which the owner signs the application and their resident state.
