Pruch Promoted at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (April 7, 2020) – Melissa Pruch has been promoted to Vice President of Agile Portfolio & Program Operations at Mutual of Omaha. She and her team enable the business to function as a customer focused lean-agile enterprise by applying lean and systems thinking approaches to strategy and investment funding, agile portfolio operations, execution, and governance.

Pruch joined Mutual of Omaha in 1997 as an HR/Benefits Coordinator. She has served in various roles in human resources and I/S. Pruch was promoted to Information Services Director in 2016.

Pruch received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha and her master’s degree from Central Michigan University.
