Pettigrew Appointed at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (June 7, 2021) – Robert Pettigrew has been appointed to Vice President of Service in Workplace Solutions at Mutual of Omaha. He leads the Workplace Solutions Service organization. The organization includes: the Workplace Solutions Regional Service team that supports group policyholders, brokers and sales offices; the Workplace Solutions National Accounts team, which works with large, complex policyholders and key broker partners; the Workplace Solutions Dental Customer Contact Center, which supports individual members who buy dental coverage and their providers; and the Workplace Solutions Implementation team, who set up new customers and provide a quality implementation experience. Pettigrew also works with peer leaders and Workplace Solutions Senior Management to define and execute strategic initiatives related to growth and continuous improvement.

Pettigrew joined Mutual of Omaha in 2008 as a Senior Business Project Manager. He has held various leadership roles within customer service and was promoted to Director of Operations in Workplace Solutions in 2013. Before joining Mutual of Omaha, Pettigrew was a Senior Project Manager at DTN Energy, First Data Corporation and Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, respectively.

Pettigrew earned a bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University. He is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
