Davis Appointed at Mutual of Omaha
OMAHA, Neb. (March 31, 2020) – Andy Davis has been appointed to Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Mutual of Omaha. He provides legal counsel to the company and manages litigation in multiple states.
Davis joined Mutual of Omaha in March 2020. Before joining Mutual, he was cofounder, president and general counsel at Mojo Enterprises, LLC. Davis has practiced law for more than 18 years in Nebraska and California. He also served as judicial clerk to Nebraska Supreme Court Justice John F. Wright.
Davis received his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and his law degree from the University of Nebraska.
Davis is a member of the both the Nebraska and California bar associations and is a trustee on the Dr. C.C. & Mabel L. Criss Memorial Foundation.
