- Go to https://rad.pnc.com/ Click "Register for Portal and Online Payment Services" in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the requested information.
- Your account information will be verified within five banking days and PNC will email you a temporary password for your first login.
