A veteran on the PGA Tour for more than 20 years, Billy owns five career victories. In 2011, Billy tied for sixth at the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Classic – the last tournament of the season – to secure his PGA tour card for 2012. Billy was a decorated amateur player, winning the U.S. Public Links crown in 1986 and the U.S. Amateur title in 1987. Billy was inducted into the Arizona State University Sports Hall of Fame in 1998.
