Mutual of Omaha’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources for the resolution of personal and work-related concerns before job performance is impacted. Available in two cost-effective options, Basic EAP and Comprehensive EAP, these programs enrich life or disability insurance by providing benefits employees and their family members find immediately valuable.
Basic EAP – 24–hour access to Master’s-level specialists through a confidential support system that may include optional face–to–face visits.
Comprehensive EAP – 24-hour confidential phone support, plus management communication tools and in-person counseling sessions with trained specialists.
