Total Care ManagementSM (TCM) led by our Professional Medical Management Team, assists plan members in receiving high-quality medical care, provided in the most appropriate setting, while carefully managing costs.
A key component to the success of our TCM program is full-system integration within Mutual of Omaha. This integration allows for real-time data to be accessed by multiple areas within the company, including medical management, claims administration and customer service.
