Employee Assistance Program

Our EAP is a cost-effective approach to providing professional support to employers, employees and their dependents. The program provides resources for resolution of personal and work-related problems before job performance is impacted. Our EAP also provides consultation for managers seeking assistance with workplace dilemmas.

Our master's-level professionals are available by phone 24/7 to listen and provide support in resolving issues:

Our EAP helps employers realize increased employee retention, decreased absenteeism, reduced health insurance costs and worker's compensation claims, accelerated return to work and other benefits.

Plan members can refer themselves to our EAP, or they can be referred to us by a manager or human resource professional. Managers can further access resources through workplace consultations and training and education programs.
