Rental Information

The Mutual of Omaha Dome is available to non-profit organizations for fundraising and special events.

Due to the unique space under the Dome, there is a standard layout for seating. Minimum seating is for 300 people, with the maximum seating for 800. Changes to the standard layout will incur an additional cost.

Rental Rates

Monday through Thursday evenings: $1,000
Friday and Saturday evenings: $2,250
No events are held on Sundays

Your application to rent the Mutual of Omaha Dome must be submitted at least three months prior to the date of your event. All applications are subject to approval. Dates will not be confirmed until the contract is signed.

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Two Planning Sessions
  • Audio Visual
    • Certified audio-visual technician
    • PowerPoint and video playback,
    • Compact Disk player
    • Two podiums with microphones
    • Two hand-held microphones
    • Lavaliere microphone
    • Plasma screens throughout the Dome area
    • Two big screens next to the stage (available after dusk)
  • Furniture
    • Sixty-five 72" round dinner tables with chairs (seats 8-10 people)
    • Various banquet tables (for check-in, auction, etc.)
    • Coat racks
    • Curtain partitions
  • Security
    • On-site Security during your event
    • Open parking in Mutual’s surface lots

Additional Costs

  • Coat check -- $200
  • Stage drape -- $200
  • Patron reception (Crisstal Room) -- $500
  • Additional Security -- $25.00 per hour
