Assessments
Mutual of Omaha's assessments challenge you to think logically and analytically, while providing us more information about your work experiences and other job-related skills and abilities. Depending on the position you're seeking, you may be asked to take one or more assessments that gauge your ability to:
- Understand and interpret information
- Choose from a set of preferences to indicate your interests and motivations
- Critically analyze and use information to solve problems
- Make decisions in response to simulations or situational questions
- Utilize office software or tools
Mutual administers assessments both online and at our home office. The majority of our assessments are computer-based. If you're assigned an online assessment, completing it immediately will help speed up the process. We'll provide detailed instructions and explain the appropriate tools at the time of your test.
