The Screening Process
Drug Screens
Mutual of Omaha's drug screen standard reinforces our commitment to a drug-free workplace. Once you receive an offer of employment, you will be required to complete a drug screen within 48 hours.
Background Checks
Background checks for our employees help create an environment of safety and security. We use the services of a third-party vendor to verify background information on our applicants. You may be contacted by this vendor for additional information on your employment history and education. To save time in the process, when filling out your application, please thoroughly explain all gaps in your employment.
