Who’s Eligible?
Any under served college student attending a four-year accredited college/university and seeking a degree in business for accounting, actuarial science, computer science, engineering, nursing, pharmacy or sales. Students must meet INROADS academic criteria and have a grade point average of 2.8 or better.
What’s Involved?
INROADS students participate in a two- to five-year internship within a business unit matched to their career related interest. The students are provided work experiences, team-building activities, professional career opportunities and skills training.
When Should I Start?
INROADS internships typically start in the summer. Students need to spend two to five years with a company as an intern.
