Medical Management Evaluation

To determine appropriate discounts, Mutual of Omaha's team of dedicated nurses evaluates the medical management/case management processes in place by the TPA and/or medical management vendor.

Once we have experience with you and/or your vendor, we may modify the discount up or down based on the quality of the case management.

We work with our TPAs to gather information related to the utilization and case management in place. Use our medical case management questionnaire to facilitate the evaluation process.
