Mutual of Omaha Bank Announces Executive Officer Promotion

Omaha, Neb. – (July 7, 2010) Mutual of Omaha Bank has promoted M. Lynn Crane to executive vice president of bank operations and services, Mutual of Omaha Bank Chairman and CEO Jeff Schmid announced. Based out of the bank's Tempe technology center, Crane will oversee and direct Mutual of Omaha Bank's nationwide operations and will be responsible for the bank's operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Crane joined Mutual of Omaha Bank in July 2008 as chief information officer and has been responsible for managing the bank's information services operation. Under his leadership, Mutual of Omaha Bank successfully completed a major enterprise-wide conversion to a single operating system in all markets nationwide, including more than 11 integrated solutions for functions such as account processing, online banking and online bill pay.

Crane has more than 30 years of banking experience and has held senior leadership positions at several leading financial institutions. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in Bellevue, Wash.
