The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented, minority youth in business and industry to prepare them for corporate and community leadership. Mutual of Omaha is a proud sponsor and board member of INROADS/Nebraska-Western Iowa, Inc.
Any minority college student attending a four-year accredited college/university and seeking a degree in business for accounting, actuarial science, computer science, engineering, nursing, pharmacy or sales. Students must meet INROADS academic criteria and have a grade point average of 2.8 or better.
INROADS students participate in a four- to five-year internship within a business unit matched to their career related interest. The students are
provided work experiences, team-building activities, professional career opportunities and skills training.

INROADS internships typically start in the summer. Students need to spend two to five years with a company as an intern.
