INROADS Internship Program

The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented, minority youth in business and industry to prepare them for corporate and community leadership. Mutual of Omaha is a proud sponsor and board member of INROADS/Nebraska-Western Iowa, Inc.

Who's Eligible?

Any minority college student attending a four-year accredited college/university and seeking a degree in business for accounting, actuarial science, computer science, engineering, nursing, pharmacy or sales. Students must meet INROADS academic criteria and have a grade point average of 2.8 or better.

What's Involved?

INROADS students participate in a four- to five-year internship within a business unit matched to their career related interest. The students are INROADS internprovided work experiences, team-building activities, professional career opportunities and skills training.

When Should I Start?

INROADS internships typically start in the summer. Students need to spend two to five years with a company as an intern.
